  1. How are your cards dispatched?
    All cards are carefully packed in a protective envelope and sent First Class via the Royal Mail.
  2. Do you charge for Postage and Packaging?
    No. The cost of postage and packaging is included within the cost of the card.
  3. Can I place an order if I live outside the UK?
    Not at the moment. Hopefully this is something we can do soon.
  4. How quickly can you dispatch my card?
    We will endeavour to dispatch your card to you as quickly as possible. However, since all of the cards are handmade, please allow 7 days for delivery.
  5. How can I place an order?
    You can order by emailing your card requirements directly to us (at enquiries@cheekyfrogcards.co.uk) if you are commissioning a card.

  6. How do I pay and is it safe?
    You pay online through our secure PayPal interface. Yes, it is safe.
  7. Can you personalise my card?
    Yes.

    Any of the cards you see can have a name and/or age added to them. To do this to contact us at enquiries@cheekyfrogcards.co.uk.
  8. Are all of your cards handmade?
    Yes. We design and make all of the cards. We do sometimes use bought embellishments to add to or enhance our designs.

  10. Can you send a card directly for me?
    If you provide us with the Name and address of the recipient of the card, then we can write and send the card directly to them. Email us at enquiries@cheekyfrogcards.co.uk to do this.
  11. Do your cards come with envelopes?
    Yes. All of the cards come with a matching envelope.
  12. Is there a minimum order?
    No. You can order as many cards as you like.
  13. What is your refund policy?
    If, in the unlikely event that you don’t like the card[s] or are unhappy with your order, then please Contact us (at enquiries@cheekyfrogcards.co.uk) stating your reason, so that we can ensure the same problem doesn’t happen again. Then return the card[s] in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. We will then refund your money.
  14. What is a Bespoke card and how do I pay for it?
    A Bespoke card is a card that we design for a specific person, based upon information given to us by you.

    Once we have made the card we will contact you via e-mail with an image of the card and an associated price. Once we have received confirmation from you that you are happy with the card, we will email you a PayPal invoice so that you can pay.  Once we have received confirmation of the PayPal transaction, we will dispatch the card to you.
